ROC USA

ROC USA is a non-profit social enterprise based in Concord, New Hampshire. Founded in 2008, ROC USA is dedicated to the preservation of affordable homeownership in predominantly rural and suburban areas around the United States. ROC is specialized in lending to cooperative, resident-controlled, purchasers of manufactured home communities. Loans are used to finance the acquisition of the land and improvements on which homeowner/cooperative members’ manufactured homes are located. To help retain affordable manufactured housing, housing communities around the country are in need of loans and specialized technical assistance. To address these needs, ROC USA provides technical assistance, financing and policy advocacy to help homeowners in manufactured housing communities form self-governing cooperatives to own and control the land under their homes.
